CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event, that you would wish to cancel your order/s placed in Mumbai, once payment is registered and accepted, you will not be able to cancel your order/s.
For orders placed outside Mumbai, you must notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order by sending us an email on orders.danielpatissier@gmail.com or calling us on 9930005215.
However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once the order has been dispatched (even if the dispatch takes place within the 24 hours order placement window).
Any refund for a confirmed successful cancellation will be made in the form of online store credit only and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS
We at DANIEL’s hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, upon delivery and in case of any missing, damaged or incorrect products in your order, please notify us immediately via email on danielpatissierin@gmail.com with images & details of your order or call us at 9930005215.
Upon investigation, if any errors in fulfilling your orders have been found, we will provide you part or full online store credit.
The complaint email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order being received by you. Upon investigation, our team may require further information to help with solving your complaint. This information must be provided within 72 hours of receiving the original complaint.
Subject to our report, and in conjugation with our Terms & Conditions, we may as a gesture of good will offer you part of or full value of your order as online store credit.
NO REFUND POLICY
All our products are packed with the utmost care to ensure you receive them in the best condition. In case of any damages or incorrect orders, refunds if any, will be provided in the form of online store credit only. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

We cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the colour and look of our products. In case of any mismatch, we cannot accept responsibility and hence cannot accept returns or any sort of reimbursement must not be expected.

All our products are created through rigorous research and development. They are continuously tested for the perfect flavour to appeal to our customers. Since taste is largely subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because the taste of any product may not be to your liking.

We make sure that all products are carefully checked for quality and for any damages before they are dispatched. We do not claim responsibility or provide refunds if our products are damaged during delivery.
