Do DANIEL'S products need refrigeration, and how long do they keep?
MACARONS
To enjoy them at their best, DANIEL macarons should be kept in a cool place and savoured within 4 days of purchase. Before eating, bring them out of the refrigerator and let them rest for 15–20 minutes — this allows their delicate flavours to truly shine.
CHEESECAKES, CAKES, PASTRIES, CUPCAKES & CAKE POPS
Our fresh bakes are best enjoyed on the same day of purchase, when their taste and texture are at their peak.
BISCUITS & COOKIES
Our biscuits and cookies stay delightful for up to 30 days when stored in a cool place.
- Variants coated in chocolate should be kept in the refrigerator.
- All biscuits & cookies should be stored in an airtight container to maintain their crispness.
CHOCOLATES
Our handcrafted chocolates are best stored in the refrigerator, away from strong aromas, either in their original packaging or an airtight container. They are best enjoyed within 2–3 months of purchase.

ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Ordering from us is simple. Just click on the “SHOP” tab, browse through our collections, and add your favourites to your cart. Log into your account (or register if you’re new), enter your delivery and billing address, choose your delivery method, and proceed to our secure payment gateway.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
You can also order DANIEL'S products from Swiggy and Zomato across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
I have not received an order confirmation email?
Sometimes, confirmation emails land in the spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@danielpatissier.com.
You can also view your order details under My Account → My Orders.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number will always be available in your confirmation email and also under My Account → My Orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Within Mumbai: Once the order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
Outside Mumbai: Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them by emailing orders@danielpatissier.com or calling +91 99300 05215. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be provided as online store credit.
I want to place a bulk order, who should I contact?
For bulk or custom orders, please call us directly on +91 99300 05215.
How can I track my order?
We currently use delivery partners that do not allow real-time tracking of the packages.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver DANIEL’S products?
We deliver all our products across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane from our stores in Pali, Bandra and Lokhandwala, Andheri; and from our delivery centers in SOBO, Chembur, Mahim, Navi Mumbai and Thane.
What are your delivery speeds and rates?
Orders can be placed between 11:30am – 7pm for same-day delivery within the available timeslots. Orders placed after 7pm will be given a timeslots for the next day onwards.
What information should I give for efficient deliveries?
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, and confirm someone will be available to receive the order. Feel free to attach a Google Maps link in the Additional details if there is a need to share a more precise location.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will leave attempt calling you on the given contact numbers. Further coordination will then need to be made directly with the courier company. DANIEL PÂTISSIER shall not be liable for deliveries not received because of customers absence on location, or wrong delivery addresses.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered?
If your order does not arrive as scheduled, please write to us at support@danielpatissier.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery.
DAMAGES
What if the products received are damaged?
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. However, if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@danielpatissier.com with images and order details, or call us at +91 99300 05215.
Our team may request additional information to resolve your issue. If we confirm an error on our part, we will provide you with online store credit for part or full value of your order. Please ensure your complaint is sent within 24 hours of delivery.
What if the products received do not taste right?
Our recipes are developed with the utmost care and undergo continuous testing to deliver flavours our customers love. Since taste is personal and subjective, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on this basis.
Can I return an item?
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns of edible products.
